Bohemian After Dark: Jazz Jamz
About this show
Introduction
In this episode of Bohemian After Dark on Radio Reading for You, Dominik explores long jazz jams. Presenting from the road, he experiments with filling the show using only four extended tracks, including Miles Davis's "Bitches Brew" and a version of "All Blues." Key moments include Dominik's discussion of the show's concept and his brainstorming for future themes, such as jazz vocalists.
Dominik presents a themed episode of Bohemian After Dark on the community station Radio Reading for You, focusing on long jazz jams. Presenting while on the road rather than in the studio, Dominik notes that while he initially planned for eight tracks, he realized the show could be covered with just four. The selection includes Miles Davis's "Bitches Brew," described as an iconic track from an iconic sixties album, and "All Blues" by Chick Corea, Pat Metheny, and Jack DeJohnette, chosen as a jazz standard that invites improvisational extravaganzas. Dominik mentions potential future themes involving jazz vocalists and reminds listeners they can suggest tracks via the show's Facebook page.

Time slippages, we'll we'll do it. We'll have a a record breaking show. I don't know if anybody's keeping track of this, but we'll have an interesting show of just four tracks, but all proper jazz and lots of interesting jamming going on.
Experiences, even though I'm not here with you live, I'm I'm out on the road, but I'm I'm I certainly have listened to these tracks, and God, that's you know you can certainly have a lot of fun with jazz.
For a suitable theme for for the next program, I'm thinking maybe I could do some vocalists, jazz vocalists, either female or male, or we could.
