Dominik presents a themed broadcast on Future Radio 96.9 FM focusing on bluegrass music, a genre he describes as a version of the blues for white poor people from the Appalachian Mountains. He discusses the typical instrumentation—banjo, mandolin, acoustic bass, and guitar—and explores various styles, from traditional figures like Bill Monroe and the Stanley Brothers to progressive 'newgrass' and jam bands. Dominik shares a selection of tracks, including a progressive piece by Psychograss to challenge first impressions and a recording by the Czech band Druha Trava to provide a perspective from his home country. He also notes the influence of Béla Bartók on Béla Fleck and concludes the show with his all-time favorite song, 'Summertime'.

Bluegrass. Now, quite a few people out there don't even know what bluegrass means. I'm not. I've said somebody. Well, I quite enjoy occasionally listening to bluegrass and say, "What on earth is that?" And well, bluegrass is kind of the white.
And a week, and we're plowing through our theme of bluegrass. Time is flying fast. Unfortunately, this is the time of the program where I usually start panicking because I tend to bring more.
Sort of a personality of music of the last thirty years, Jerry Garcia, and Pete's. It's called Pete's tapes because they lost those tapes, and supposedly Pizza Boy found them and.
