Sitting in front of daytime television with fluffy slippers, thought I could do something else, and learnt to make chocolate as a hobby, and it's just grown very quickly from there. All right, so so you didn't before you retired, you had no idea how to make chocolate, or no idea at all.
It's the food safety teams. It sounds like you know, like there should be a TV show almost called about that. People run jumping into cars, running. Yeah, the food police. So, is it is it like that? No, not at all. No, we're all a bunch of very civilized citizens who look after the city's restaurants and make sure they're complying with the law.
I think everybody at British Airways was working to make yesterday a success. We failed, and I'm hugely disappointed. And I sincerely apologise to our customers. The buck rests with me, and I accept responsibility for what happened yesterday.
