Out there, there's the restaurants. Everything. It's an enormous college. It's obviously the largest college in East Anglia and one of the largest further education colleges in the country. And we've got now quite a big presence with higher education as well. Yeah.

Just for people who have some sort of difficulty or some sort of learning need, I think everybody needs it. I think we all are fragile, and we all need support. You know, even if we're on staff, I think, I think support is everything. I mean, we're.

As possible, what the only thing that stands in our way sometimes is is the is the barriers we put up for ourselves. You know, it isn't what people can't do; it's what they can do, and you've got to build on what they can do.
